The Company

Impact was founded in 2006 by Vassilis Antonas and currently staffs 7 consultants. Since its launch in January 2007, Impact has grown into a key player in the Greek market and has provided its services to some of the top companies in Greece. It is the longest standing firm, specialising in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development, in Greece.

In April 2008, Impact pioneered the first complete Executive Coaching and OD training in Greece, attracting top executives and setting a trend for leadership development programs.

In 2009, Impact expanded by opening a UK branch.

Our mission is to secure our clients’ competitive advantage, through premium, innovative, tailor made HR development services in order to decisively contribute to the alignment of culture with vision and strategy.

Impact is an Organisational Member and a Recognised Course Provider by the Association for Coaching. Our Programs can be funded via the OAED-LAEK institution (0, 45%).

Vassilis AntonasVassilis Antonas, Founder, Managing Director
Course Director of the Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development in the UK and in Greece. He has consulted for companies such as Kotsovolos-Dixons, Nexans, Tasty Pepsico, Frigoglass, Microsoft and several successful business people and entrepreneurs. Originally from a Psychology background, Vassilis underwent extensive academic and clinical training, specialising as a Psychotherapist, Executive Coach and OD Consultant. From 1998 to 2001, he worked for the British NHS and served as clinical director for CAP from 2001 to 2006, at which point he returned to Greece and founded Impact.

His vision is to create the circumstances for pursuing excellence for executives and companies in the Greek market; directly by offering executive coaching and organisational development services and indirectly by training management through the Diploma.


Bernt LeygrafBernd Leygraf, Training Director
Bernd C. Leygraf, Consultant Psychotherapist with over 25 years experience of working with individuals, dual and larger systems. He is the Director of NAOS institute in the UK and Impact’s Training Director. He trained in Germany, the UK and the US (Gestalt Institute Cleveland Ohio and Lucent Technologies) as an Organisational Consultant and has worked with many organisations (statutory, non-for-profit and commercial) in Europe, Africa and Asia including British Airways, the World Health Organisation and the Metropolitan Police. He is currently a visiting lecturer for the Hungarian OD Society and teaches organisational consultants (as well as therapists and executive coaches) in several European countries.

He has authored many professional training programmes including several Masters’ programmes and was Course Director and Principal Lecturer at South Bank and Middlesex University; most recently he was appointed Training Director for the Hungarian Gestalt Association and the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling. He is currently particularly interested in large organisations adapting to “globalisation” and women and men in the workplace issues.


Dr. George Diakonikolaou, Associate
George Diakonikolaou is an experienced trainer and consultant in the fields of Project Management Leadership and Organisational Development. George has trained professionals from companies such as Cosmote, Romtelecom, Vestas, Intralot and Toyota. He has received his First Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in National Technical University of Athens and his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. George is the co-founder of the Greek Chapter of the Project Management Institute; he is also a Certified Project Management Professional.

He is a graduate of the Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisation Development and he is one of the founding members of the Hellenic Coaching Association.


Magda Hatzidimitri, Associate
Magda is a Psychotherapist and an Organisational Psychologist. She was trained in Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Development as well as in Eclectic and Cognitive Counselling Psychotherapy.

She previously worked for Microsoft, where she was responsible for recruiting, retention and development of staff as well as for facilitating the restructuring process which the company underwent. In addition, Magda managed all HR processes, coached management and counselled employees. Prior to Microsoft Hellas, Magda also worked as Associate Consultant at the executive search company Korn/Ferry Int’l both in New York and Athens. She holds a Master’s degree in Social & Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Hons) from New York University.
Magda has consulted for companies such as BAT, Papaellinas, Simply Burgers, Rigips and Frigoglass.


Jaap Westerbos , Associate (UK)
Jaap is trainer, management consultant, qualified coach and therapist with 10 years experience in all those fields.He trained in the Netherlands at the Baak, the Vrije University and as a private student under the supervision of Thale Bout. He developed integral MT-development trainings for companies in which he supports the approaches of Gestalt, Integral Business, transpersonal psychology and Natural Change. Jaap has published two books and is the Director of NAOS institute in the UK.
 
 

Brian MortonBrian Morton, Associate (UK)
Brian is a Psychotherapist and OD Consultant, who has been working in training consultancy and personal development for some 20 years. His expertise in the design and delivery of inter-personal skills training and developmental programmes have led to his continuing involvement with many private and public sector organisations, in the UK and abroad.

Brian holds accredited and preferred trainer status with a number of organisations, and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and an accredited NLP Trainer in both the UK and the USA.


Dr Renos Papadopoulos, Associate
Renos is Professor at the University of Essex, Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Systemic Family Psychotherapist at the Tavistock Clinic, and training and supervising Jungian Psychoanalyst.

As Consultant to the United Nations and other organisations (including the Council of Europe, the British Council, the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, and the International Organisation for Migration), he has worked on projects with refugees and other survivors of political violence and conflict resolution in many countries.

One of the penalties for refusing to participate in politics is that you end up being governed by your inferiors.
