DIPLOMA IN EXECUTIVE COACHING AND ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING-IMPACT PCS 2012-2013

In April 2008, Impact instigated the first ever training in Executive Coaching and OD Consulting in Greece, drawing together two distinct disciplines that serve in promoting individual and organisational change. In April 2012, we proudly celebrate our 5th consecutive intake. The Diploma is also run in the UK by NAOS institute.

Our international faculty of 6 established experts will provide the next generation of professional coaches and organisational consultants, with the necessary skills to support executives, organisations and themselves in the process of transformation and the evolution of leadership.

The training places emphasis in the intentional use of self and supports participants in overcoming personal obstacles and self limiting beliefs and behaviours.

Our program has already hosted distinguished executives from companies and organisations such as ALBA, AstraZeneca, BAT, Eletson, Microsoft, Pharmathen, Rigips, Starbucks, Star Channel, Vestas, Wyeth and others.

It is taught at Post Graduate level and recognised by the Association for Coaching, providing 140 units of CPU.

Time Frame

• The course spans 140 hours 10 weekends
• April 2012 to February 2013
• 10:30 to 17:30.

Entry Requirements

• Basic academic qualification
• 1 year’s experience in OD, HR, Counselling or Management
• Minimum age requirement 25
• Good command of the English language

Assessment

• 4,000 word case study (25%)
• Attendance (25%)
• Successful completion of practice/placement and case study presentation (Impact will assist you in finding a voluntary unpaid placement within one of our client companies, but does not guarantee one. The placement can be a team OD intervention OR individual coaching. In both cases 3 meetings will be required-one for data collection, one for intervention and one follow up. During the last intake, we provided all of our participants with a placement, with one of our clients.) (25%)
• Written examination on theory, covering the core material taught and reading list (25%)

Course Recognition

• The Diploma is awarded by Impact, an Organisational Member of the Association for Coaching.
• The course is recognised by the Association for Coaching and successful completion of the course, qualifies graduates for Associate Membership of the Association for Coaching.
• Accreditation can also be obtained upon completing 250 hours of coaching practice, subject to meeting all other application criteria.
• Impact can provide supervision towards completing full membership and accreditation requirements.
• The course provides 140 hours of Continuous Professional Development as indicated on the certificate.
