DIPLOMA IN EXECUTIVE COACHING AND ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING-IMPACT PCS 2010-2011

In April 2008, Impact ran the first ever complete training in Executive Coaching and OD Consulting in Greece. Our successful program is being repeated at the moment.

For the third time in Greece, our international team of established experts is providing the next generation of professional coaches and organisational consultants, with the necessary skills to support executives, organisations and themselves in the process of transformation and the evolution of leadership.

Our program has already hosted distinguished executives from companies and organisations such as ALBA, AstraZeneca, Eletson, Microsoft, Pharmathen, Rigips,Simply Burgers, Star Channel, Vestas, Wyeth etc

Time Frame

• The course spans 140 hours 10 weekends
• April 2010 to February 2011

Entry Requirements

• Basic academic qualification
• 1 year’s experience in organisational development, consulting, HR, counselling or management
• Minimum age requirement 25

Assessment

• 4,000 word case study
• 90% attendance
• Successful completion of practice/placement and case study presentation (Impact will assist you in finding a voluntary unpaid placement within one of our client companies, but does not guarantee one. The placement can be a team OD intervention OR individual coaching. In both cases 3 meetings will be required-one for data collection, one for intervention and one follow up. During the 2009-10 intake, we provided all of our participants with a placement, with one of our clients.)

• Interview with course director
• 50% down payment

• Individual and corporate funding accepted
