Με μεγάλη επιτυχία και υψηλή συμμετοχή διεξήχθη το Ετήσιο Συνέδριο του PMI Greece Chapter για το 2021, στο οποίο ο Βασίλης Αντωνάς συμμετείχε ως  ομιλητής. Στην ομιλία του με θέμα: «Coaching Leaders for Resilience in the Covid Era», που πραγματοποιήθηκε την Τετάρτη 4 Νοεμβρίου 2021, ο Βασίλης Αντωνάς ανέδειξε τη σημασία της ανθεκτικότητας σε κρίσιμες περιόδους. Αναλυτικότερα:

•  Εισήγαγε το κοινό του στις έννοιες της Ανθεκτικότητας και της Ανάπτυξης που Ενεργοποιείται μέσα από την Αντιξοότητα- (Resilience and Adversity Activate Development, Renos Papadopoulos).
• Παρουσίασε τα πρώτα αποτελέσματα της τρέχουσας έρευνας του αναφορικά με την ψυχολογική αναστάτωση και τις αλλαγές στην καθημερινότητα που επέφερε η πανδημία στην επαγγελματική κα προσωπική ζωή των ατόμων.
•  Παρέθεσε ερωτήματα ενδοσκόπησης στο κοινό του και παρότρυνε τους συμμετέχοντες να αντιμετωπίσουν τις κρίσιμες περιόδους που βιώνουν έχοντας ως οδηγό τη σκέψη, όχι απλώς «πώς να πέτυχουν παρά τις αντιξοότητες», αλλά «πώς να πετύχουν χάρη στις αντιξοότητες».

Για 9η συνεχόμενη χρονιά ξεκινάει τον Απρίλιο του 2016 το “Diploma in Executive Coaching and OD” της Impact. Ήδη πιστοποιημένο και μάλιστα πρώτο παγκοσμίως, ως Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coach Training (AADCT) στην ανώτατη βαθμίδα (4/4) από τον Νοέμβριο του 2014, το Diploma συνεχίζει να επεκτείνει και να εξελίσσει την κοινότητα του executive coaching στην Ελλάδα. Εναλλακτική ρότα τράβηξε ο Executive Coach και Psychotherapist, Βασίλης Αντωνάς, πραγματευόμενος εμβάθυνση και αντίρρηση στις συμβατικές θετικές έννοιεςπου ακούγονται στην αγορά (μοναδικότητα, θετικότητα, έμπνευση, αλλαγή κ.ά.). Για έκτη συνεχόμενη χρονιά συνεχίζεται ο θεσμός του Diploma της Impact, έχοντας μέχρι τώρα εκπαιδεύσει κορυφαία στελέχη και σύμβουλους της Ελληνικής αγοράς. Όπως πάντα ριζικά ανανεωμένο και με καινούργιες ενότητες, όπως η Γιουνγκιανή προσέγγιση στο coaching και η χρήση της εποπτείας, αλλά και με σταθερά τα στοιχεία που προσδίδουν υπεραξία, όπως η προσέγγιση Gestalt και η πρακτική άσκηση, ξεκινάει όπως κάθε χρόνο τον Απρίλιο. Μετά από 7 Σαββατοκύριακα, (ένα εκ των οποίων εντατικό τριήμερο που ξεκινάει Παρασκευή απόγευμα) και 120 ώρες εντατικής μάθησης, ολοκληρώνεται τον Ιανουάριο του 2014.
