Presentation Skills
Our Presentation Skills Programs are designed to equip executives and leaders with the appropriate mindset, abilities and skills to excel in presenting and communicating with colleagues and external stakeholders. Successful participant will be able to prepare the content and process of any presentation in the most effective way. They will be able to select the appropriate “state” to present. They will know the “why, what, how and what if” of the 4MAT model of presenting and training. All programs are fully aligned with the latest PMI (Project Management Institute) guides on communication and the Neuro Linguistic Programming framework of ABNLP (American Board of NLP) and offer Educational and Professional Development Units to participants for both Institutes. The three program modules are incremental, therefore, participation in module 2 and 3, requires participation in the previous modules.
These Trainings are delivered by Dr George Diakonikolaou.
1. Presentations Fundamentals (8-hour Foundation course)
Designed for any professional who needs to increase their influence and impact when presenting any information in any context. The program covers topics such as goal setting, planning, and delivering a presentation. Utilisation of body language, tone of voice, and rapport are also discussed.
2. Advanced Presentation Skills (16-hour Advanced course)
Geared towards professionals who spend a substantial part of their time presenting, training, facilitating or educating in a business context. The course includes and techniques like the 4MAT system for presenting and training, Storytelling, using Metaphors appropriately, and getting into the “trainer’s state”.
3. Mastering Presentation Skills (16-hour Advanced course)
Designed for executives, managers, trainers, negotiators, sales professionals and communicators. The course covers advanced issues and techniques for communicating effectively. Topics include Representational Preferences, Conscious use of Language, the Charisma Pattern, Embedded Metaphors, Stage Anchoring, and Rapport with Large Audiences.

Program Features:
All modules follow an experiential approach. Participants are creating, refining and presenting topics of their interest. Feedback and coaching are provided on a personalized level, to accelerate individual progress.
Recognition and Certification:
All programs provide PDUs (Professional Development Units) for the holders of the PMP®, CAPM®, PfMP®, PgMP® Certifications (Leadership Skills / Power Skills). All Programs also provide continuing education hours for all ABNLP certifications.
