Trajectory Diploma
Community and Business Leaders, Consultants, Coaches and other Key Players, are assigned with the responsibility of generating individual and collective Evolution and Transformation. In order to fulfil this obligation successfully, it is imperative that they are in a position to exhibit an individual track record of Attainment as well as feature the type of Presence, Influence and Impact that they aim to enable for those in their care.
The course has been designed to offer the type of coaching that the participants will provide upon completing it. The process utilises the group dynamics of the carefully selected team, to stimulate their own development and to simulate the impact that they will, in turn, have on others. Individuals completing the course, will assume a Conductor’s Position, optimising their Trajectory and the Trajectory of those trusting in them, by enabling the optimum privilege: The Privilege of Choice.
The 2025 Trajectory course is the natural evolution of the Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development, pushing the boundaries of Conductors to the limits of Advancement.
Our Diploma started in London in 2005 and has run in Athens from 2008 to 2024 for sixteen consecutive years. It is the first and longest standing coaching training in Greece. It features a distinct alumni base of over two hundred leaders across all functions and industries. In 2014, it was globally the first course to receive Accreditation from the Association for Coaching and in 2024 it was globally the first to receive Accreditation from the Universal Coaching Alliance. It is Accredited by both organisations at top-tier (AADCT level 4/4), enabling participants to automatically apply for Individual Accreditation.

The course spans 130 hours over 14 days between April 2025 and December 2025, comprising 4 two-day engagements, 2 three-day engagements and 10 hours of peer-led sessions.

Entry Requirements
- Graduate academic qualification and good command of the English language.
- One year’s experience in Consulting, HR, Counselling, Management or similar.
- Minimum age requirement 25.
- Personal maturity and capacity to challenge your reflective learning curve.
- The Graduation rate sits at approximately 80%.
Application Process
- Submission of CV.
- Submission of paragraph stating experience & aspirations in coaching.
- Interview with Course Director.
- 50% down payment.
- We accept, on average, 65% of applications received.
- Attendance and Contribution (85% minimum required).
- A three-session placement with a coachee, to be presented to the group during the final module (peer assessed).
- A 3,000-word submission, allocated equally between four headings:
- The participant’s Personal Coaching Approach.
- Case study featuring the Participant’s Placement.
- Reflection and Learning acquired from the Placement (Coach Fitness to Practise).
- Analysis of two Ethical Dilemmas faced by the Participant.
- The above criteria have been determined so as to also be used and submitted towards automatically applying for Individual Accreditation.
- Each one of the 3 assessment areas carries equal weight (33.3%) and must be successfully passed (60%) to secure a certificate.
- In addition, a 70-hour coaching practice log must be submitted, in order to receive the Diploma, as required by our Accrediting Bodies, AC and UCA.
- The Graduation/completion rate is historically, approximately 80%, subject to successfully completing and passing all assessment criteria.
- Impact is an Organisational Member of the Association for Coaching and a Training Provider Member of the Universal Coaching Alliance.
- The Diploma features dual Accreditation from both Professional Bodies at top level: Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coach Training (AADCT 4/4).
- In November 2014, the Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development became the first Coaching Training to be awarded Accreditation by the Association for Coaching.
- in November 2024, Trajectory: The Conductor’s Way became the first Coaching Training to be awarded Accreditation by the Universal Coaching Alliance.
- Completing the Diploma automatically enables participants to apply for Individual Accreditation through the Accredited Coach Training Course Accelerated Route Accreditation Scheme.
- The Diploma is awarded by Impact, an Organisational Member of the Association for Coaching and a Training Provider Member of the Universal Coaching Alliance.
- The course provides 130 hours of Continuous Professional Development Units (CPDU) as indicated on the certificate.
