Vassilis Antonas, Founder, Organisational Development Unit Head, Diploma Director
Executive Coach, Psychotherapist, Organisational Development Consultant and Course Director of Impact’s Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development (AADCT), globally the first Coaching Training to receive Accreditation from the Association for Coaching. Vassilis is the author of Coaching for Impact: The Evolution of Leadership, published by Routledge in 2017.
He has consulted for over 100 Greek and Multinational companies, delivering tens of thousands of consultation hours to leaders from all functions and industries. Clients include Microsoft, Alcon, Nike, NN, Unilever, Mondelez and more.
From 1998 to 2001, he worked for the British NHS and served as Clinical Director for CAP London from 2001 to 2006, at which point he returned to Greece and founded Impact. His vision is to craft the circumstances for pursuing excellence for individuals and organisations: Directly, by offering Executive Coaching and Organisational Development services and indirectly through the Diploma.
Vassilis is also a published song-writer, a martial arts instructor, a free diver, former motorsport driver and devoted world traveller; as well as a member of the AC’s Accreditation Committee.
Tereza Venetsanou, Business Transformation Unit Lead, Sales & Consulting Unit Lead
Impact’s Business Transformation Unit Lead, is an accredited Master Executive Coach from the Association for Coaching, Trainer and Director of Strategy of Universal Coaching Alliance. In the past, she has held leadership positions, for over twenty years, in multinational corporations, such as Wind, Vodafone and Microsoft. She has delivered workshops for many clients including, Vodafone Partner Markets, National Bank of Greece, SPC and OTE Academy.
Her qualifications include a BSc in Business Administration, a MSc in Marketing, a Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development, a Master Practitioner in NLP. In the context of her continuous professional development, she is currently working towards obtaining her MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. Tereza is part of the Assessor’s Team for the Association for Coaching.
Her combined experience and expertise render her equally capable of coaching and training senior leaders, guiding sales teams and optimising the operational and sales structure for small and medium businesses, through on the job mentoring and coaching.
Tereza is a seasoned horseback rider as well as the owner of Veneterra Suites, a luxury, holiday home on the island of Kea.
Tereza is a 2019 Diploma Alumna.
Christina Nishan, Associate, Strengths Based Coaching & Development & HR Consulting Unit Head
Christina is a well-versed, commercially focused HR leader and consultant who has held over the past twenty five years, senior roles in multinational organizations such as Nokia/ Alpha copy, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Alcon. She is currently also working internationally for DMG Mori as the EMEA HR Business Partner for France, Spain, Portugal, Israel, Turkey, Balkans, Middle East and Greece.
Her qualifications include a BSc in Business Management, a MSc in Human Resource Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development, and a Master Practitioner in NLP. Christina is Greece’s first Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
Her long tenure in HR combined with her expertise in Organisational and HR transformation as well as her passion for Strengths Based interventions, render her an ideal business partner.
Christina is a 2015 Diploma alumna.
George Diakonikolaou, Associate, Project Management Training & Consulting Unit Head
George Diakonikolaou is the Managing Director of “Project Management Coach” LTD, delivering services to business clients in the fields of Project Management, Leadership, Coaching and Organisational Development. His clients include companies such as Cosmote, Romtelecom, Vestas, ENEL, EDF etc. George is a visiting Faculty, teaching Project Management in the International MBA in Athens and Brunel Business School, MBA in London as well as Bradford Business School. He has received his First Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in National Technical University of Athens and his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.
George is the co-founder of the Greek Chapter of the Project Management Institute, a Certified Project Management Professional and a founding member of the Hellenic Coaching Association. He is also an NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP & Time Line Therapy®, a Master Practitioner of Hypnosis and an NLP Master Coach.
Currently, George is experimenting with the integration of Coaching, Organisational Development and Project Management in a field that he likes to refer as “Project Coaching”, an integrated model that achieves groundbreaking results in Strategic Projects, Programs & Portfolios, and executive teams’ performance.
George is a 2010 Diploma Alumnus.

Dimitris Chatziapostolou is a chartered certified accountant (FCCA) and a certified compliance officer
(AICA) having accumulated a 20+ year extensive international business experience, out of his 6+ year employment in the big 4 audit firm environment (PwC, Arthur Andersen, Deloitte) and 10 years as a CFO (Sony Music, Metlife Alico, Frigoglass). Employed by multinational organizations while stationed in Europe and SE Asia, has specialized in audit (internal & external), processes and controls, finance & accounting, due diligence & risk management as well as organizational restructuring, in order to achieve performance operational improvement, financial sustainability and growth. Currently employed as a freelance business advisor in Europe, Asia and the Middle East as well as a professional qualifications tutor with more than 8,000 training hours of experience in the areas of audit, financial and risk management.
Anna Florou, Associate, Search Unit Lead
Anna began her career as an auditor in one of the big four accounting firms and continued as a financial consultant, specialising in making business evaluations and creating budgets. She had been committed to numbers until she found out that her true passion is consulting people through HR Management. Since then, she is working as a management consultant, primarily in the Hospitality and Tourism sector. In 2016 she created her own website which helps travelers find their way around Greece.
She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne (HEC) and a Bachelor in Hospitality Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Montreux. She speaks fluently French and English and she can communicate in German, Italian, Spanish and Korean. Her other passions are alpine skiing, CrossFit training, hiking and attending music festivals around the globe.
In January 2024 she expects to hold her Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development.
