Project Management
Our Project Management Programs are designed to equip Project Leaders, Project Managers, Team Leaders, Agile Coaches and their Teams with the appropriate mindset, abilities and tools to excel in delivering successful results and engaging with internal and external stakeholders. All programs are fully aligned with the latest PMI (Project Management Institute) standards and guides and offer Educational and Professional Development Units to participants.

1. Project Management for Executives (8-hours)
Designed for executives, managers and Project sponsors, this course addresses the fundamental mindset, approach and techniques towards supporting Project success from an Executive point of view. Executives will be enabled to increase business profitability by getting insights into Project selection, creation of Benefit Management Plans, Project Manager’s selection and understanding the responsibilities of sponsoring a project.
2. Project Management Fundamentals (24-hour Foundation course)
Designed for Project Managers and Team Leaders, as an introduction to fundamental Best Practices towards managing small to medium level Predictive Projects. The program covers initiating, planning, monitoring, controlling and closing processes for projects.
3. Advanced Project Management Skills (40-hour Advanced course)
Geared towards Senior Project Managers, who aspire to master Advanced management techniques, applicable to projects of all sizes. The course includes modules for advanced planning, risk management, budgeting, team management, stakeholders’ communication, team leadership, motivation, conflict resolution, and agile concepts.
4. Team Development and Advanced Team Development Skills (Two-part course featuring 8 and 16 hours respectively)
Designed for Project managers, Agile Coaches and Teams Leader, who wish to learn the necessary Best Practices to support and facilitate the development of a successful working team. The first course module includes: Team Selection, Developing Team Identity, Working with Team Values, Alignment with Vision, Mission & Goals, Assigning Responsibilities, Creating Trust and Safety, Understanding the Team Development Stages and Appropriate Leadership Approaches to maintain safety and high performance. The second course module, geared towards Senior Project Managers, Executives and experienced Agile Coaches, aspiring to master Advanced Team Development techniques, includes Personality Preferences, Value Systems, Goal Alignment, Systemic Coaching, Leadership and Conflict Management approaches though the use of the Project Coach Model.

Recognition and Certification:
All programs offer Educational Units towards the PMP®, CAPM®, PfMP® and PgMP® Certifications of PMI. All programs provide PDUs (Professional Development Units) for the holders of the PMP®, CAPM®, PfMP®, PgMP® Certifications.
