Coaching Fundamentals

This one-day training incorporates the totality of its fundamental components: Building Rapport, Listening with intent, exchanging Feedback and leveraging Influence. Your executives will be enabled to put it all to immediate use with immediate impact and support each other’s development.

The PRAID Leadership Model

Coming straight out of our Founder’s best-selling publication, Coaching for Impact (Routledge, 2017), this uncompromising leadership model, was not just designed for elite leaders; it was designed by them. Your team will be guided through five fundamental competencies, that will leverage their output: Pace, Resilience, Accountability, Influence and Deliberation will become part of your organisational culture and boost individual and collective performance.

The Leading Manager

Leadership without fundamental management skills (Antonas V., Routledge, 2017), is like having a space shuttle without a launch platform. Inspiration is only as good as the operational organisation that supports it. We will methodically walk your managers through the arts of Delegation, Motivation, Engagement and eventually Transformation, towards optimising the coordination and productivity of the teams they lead.

Building Organisational Trust

Trust is not simply the means to increase speed and productivity, by removing communication and collaboration obstacles; it is the very fabric that holds organisations and teams together. Your executives will learn how to raise their Trust Credibility through Clarity and Transparency, apply Dedication and Commitment in their engagements and generate circumstances of Mutual Benefit and Respect with their colleagues.

Competence and Confidence

The right amount of Confidence can serve in optimising a leader’s Competence and performance. Too much and it will generate distance and alienation. Too little and it will undermine their Presence and Influence. The workshop will equip your executives with the capacity to balance their Self-Assurance with their Skills, differentiate between Over-Confidence, Pseudo-Competence and Self-Doubt and balance their Authentic Self with an effective Persona.

Mastering Executive Communication

Communicating at a Senior level, is no easy task. It may be simple, but it sure is not easy. Clarity, Directness, Data Presentation, Action-Oriented Delivery, Respect, Precision and Specificity are only some of the skills that participants will acquire from this workshop. Designed for the C-suite, this delivery will enable participants to drive impactful conversations and foster strategic alignment, with Confidence, Influence and Effectiveness.

Bridging Generations

Technology. Conflict. Energy. Social norms. Geopolitics. The last 50 years have marked what has probably been the most violent, collective shift in human history. The rate of change has meant that generations, even when separated by no more than a decade or two, live worlds apart, in what could possibly be described as a parallel universe. This gap in perception, in addition to disrupting wellbeing, also discourages effective collaboration, communication and productivity. Our workshop aims at acknowledging differences with respect, whilst facilitating the generation of common ground.
