Trajectory Diploma
Community and Business Leaders, Consultants, Coaches and other Key Players, are assigned the responsibility of generating individual and collective Evolution and Transformation. In order to fulfil this obligation successfully, it is imperative that they are in a position to exhibit an individual track record of Attainment as well as feature the type of Presence, Influence and Impact that they aim to enable for those in their care.
The course has been designed to offer the type of coaching that the participants will provide upon completing it. The process utilises the group dynamics of the carefully selected team to stimulate their own development and to simulate the impact that they will, in turn, have on others. Individuals completing the course will assume a Conductor’s Position, optimising their Trajectory and the Trajectory of those trusting in them, by enabling the optimum privilege: The Privilege of Choice.
Our Diploma started in London in 2005 and was conducted in Athens from 2008 to 2024 for sixteen consecutive years. It is the first and longest standing coaching training in Greece. It features a distinct alumni base of over two hundred leaders across all functions and industries. In 2014, it was globally the first course to receive Accreditation from the Association for Coaching; at top-tier level 4/4.
In 2025, the Trajectory course became the natural evolution of the Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development, pushing the boundaries of Conductors to the limits of Advancement. It currently carries double Accreditation from the Association for Coaching as well as the Universal Coaching Alliance, at top tier (AADCT), enabling participants to automatically apply for Individual Accreditation.

Trajectory 2025
Trajectory: The Conductor’s Way is a masterclass in evolution. It bridges the gap between philosophical depth and decisive action, challenging you to stop merely surviving the game and to start becoming it. I walked in looking for skills, but walked out with a new state of being — moving from the passive safety of “orbit” to the dynamic power of my own “trajectory.” If you are ready to claim the privilege of choice and lead with true impact, this isn’t just a course — it’s the catalyst you’ve been waiting for.

I complete this program grounded, empowered, and aligned with the woman I am becoming.
