Masterclass’24

2024 marked the end of our Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development (AADCT). The course, originally founded in London, in 2005, run for sixteen consecutive years in Greece (2008-2024), was the globally the first to be Accredited by the Association for Coaching and made its mark on the lives and work of over two hundred, executives, consultants, decision makers and community leaders. We are currently working vigorously on designing our next ground-breaking training.

In the meantime, grand endings that foretell even greater beginnings, need to be celebrated. We have invited two of the Diploma’s most impactful guest tutors to deliver two 2-day Masterclasses, in October and November 2024. Ana Rhodes Castro and Jeannette Marshall provided the best of what coaching has to offer to our alumni: Essence and Excellence. This time, they are here to do it one more time, openly, over two 2-day Masterclasses, in October (19 & 20) and November (16 & 17),  2024. And you have a once in a lifetime opportunity to be there.

Jeannette’s Masterclass will focus on the flow of the coaching intervention and how it impacts on the Coach, their Clients, and the wider Stakeholders.

Ana Rhodes Castro (PhD)

Facilitator of Individuals and Organisations, Consultant and Quantum Researcher

Ana works as a facilitator, trainer, and supervisor with corporate organisations, civil society groups, and NGOs. One of her greatest passions involves maximizing the inherent potential of individuals, groups, and organizations in a way that supports and enhances natural leadership. She facilitates groups of up to 400 people in processes of socio-cultural and organizational change, using tools that support diversity and Deep Democracy. Amongst several other appointments, Ana is the Founder of the Centro de Transformacion del Conflicto Humano in Madrid as well as a Process Work Diplomat from The School of Portland Organe.

 

Jeannette Marshall

CEO and Founder of the Universal Coaching Alliance, AC Accredited Master Coach, Head of Coaching at Marshall Vere Associates, Diploma in Business Performance Coaching

Through her work as past Director of Accreditation with the AC, she is passionate about crafting coaching programmes that bring about measurable changes in individuals, teams, and organisations. She is an Accredited PROPHET Practitioner, and her delivery style is highly motivational, charismatic, and energetic. With vast experience of working within hostile, fast paced, challenging environments including selection and recruitment, dealing with teams experiencing a takeover, running international conferences, and working with inherited teams; she understands how difficult it can be to manage and develop others under those circumstances. Jeannette has extensive experience of supervising internal coaches internationally in a variety of industry sectors including financial institutions, pharmaceuticals, publishing (specialising in scientific technical and medical content) and oil and gas. Working in collaboration with other esteemed authors she has contributed chapters in four coaching publications: The Trainee Coach Handbook, Excellence in Coaching and Coaching Supervision Groups: Resourcing Practitioners and Leader Coach at Work which is due to be published soon.
